Staying Fit

You’d be surprised at the number of ways you can stay or get fit in and around the area.  For those living in Bogor, you have the advantage of quick access to the countryside or green areas and there are weekly community futsal, badminton and basketball games.

For Jakarta folk, there are quite a few organized sports functions and venues led by volunteer individuals. Health and fitness centers throughout the city offer classes for yoga, pilates, dance and the like. To get to the fresh outdoors, you’ll need to drive out of town, but not too far as there are many spots to visit along the Jagorawi toll road (the one that runs between South Jakarta and Bogor).
